The roads section of this branch is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of roads, pavements, airfields, and hardstands. This section is also responsible for the snow and ice control program. The grounds section plans and coordinates the land management, the maintenance of grounds and provides guidance and assistance on grounds improvements and landscaping.
