Auto maintenance can cost you a bundle…especially when you pay in Euros! The Auto Skills Center is the place for you to repair and maintain your POV. We offer a wide assortment of hand and specialized tools, flat bays, lifts, a brake test machine and an alignment machine. No appointments are necessary. Friendly, certified mechanics are always on duty to provide assistance. You must attend a safety class to use the facility. Safety cards (DA Form 3031-1) from other facilities will be accepted. Otherwise, stop by your local Auto Skills Center for a shop-card orientation at no charge!

Classes
If you’re not a DIY mechanic… we can help you become one! Classes are offered year-round and by appointment if you have an interested group (FRG, unit, etc.). Previous class topics include Winter Roadside Emergencies; Welding; Rust Prevention; and Passive Restraints.
Safety card classes are held Wednesdays at 5 p.m. and Saturdays at 1 p.m.

DIY Oil Change
Take advantage of our popular Oil Change Service for a bargain price of $5.25. Just bring in your oil-of-choice and we’ll help you get the job done.

Towing Service
The Strip Lot offers towing services at competitive prices (in U.S. dollars). Towing within Schweinfurt is a flat rate of $40. Towing outside the city limits is $40 plus $2 per kilometer.

Repair Parts
Do you need repairs or parts for your vehicle? Visit the Strip Lot first before you go off-post! We stock a wide variety of American, German, French, Japanese and Italian auto parts. The competent staff is always available for assistance, and will remove small parts from your auto for a small fee.

Car Wash
A do-it-yourself wand wash with a quarter operated high-pressure cleaner is available 24/7.
