SKIESUnlimited (Schools of Knowledge, Inspiration, Exploration and Skills) is the framework for all Army CYSS instructional programs for ages birth through 18. The program is designed to complement, expand, and support the academic, life skills, and athletic experiences children and youth have within CYSS programs and in schools.

SKIESUnlimited offers classes in each of the four schools:
- Arts, Recreation and Leisure (ex. Music, Dance, Performing Arts)
- Sports, Fitness and Health (ex. Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Infant Massage)
- Life Skills, Citizenship and Leadership (ex. Cooking, Babysitting)
- Academic Skills, Mentoring and Intervention (ex. Tutoring, Foreign Language)
