Reporting Deficiencies of Assigned Quarters
General Information
Upon initial assignment, the Family Housing Inspector will prepare a condition report on AE Form 420-1 to identify deficiencies. A copy will be provided to the occupants for their records.
New occupants will have 14 working days to report additional deficiencies, not stated on the original condition report, to the Housing Office.
Deficiencies must be submitted in writing, identify quarters address, assignment date, occupants name and telephone number.
Items identified as "dirty" are not to be noted on the Deficiency Report and should be brought to the attention of the Housing Office IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours).
Bonafide deficiencies will be looked into and every effort will be made to correct them within a reasonable time frame.
