Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH)

Senior Enlisted Quarters (SEQs) and Bachelor Officer Quarters (BOQs) are available for bonafide bachelors as well as Service Members serving "all others" tours in grades E7 and above.

Upon arrival, eligible personnel in the above grades may apply for quarters at the In-and-Out Processing Center (IOP) in Building 40, Conn Barracks.

UPH quarters are fully furnished except for linen, pillows and sheets. Cooking utensils, pots and pants are not provided. Renovated quarters have both 110 and 220 volt electrical outlets and built-in kitchens with electric stove and refrigerator. AFN TV reception is available, cable TV is optional and must be subscribed. Washers and dryers are provided in communal laundry areas in the basement.

SEQs and BOQs are located on Conn Barracks. The average waiting time for quarters is usually 2-4 months.

First Sergeant's Barracks Program is handled by Firm All Star.  Upon arrival, Soldiers may apply for Barracks rooms in Bldg. 40, Conn Barracks or Bldg. 290, Ledward Barracks. 

Firm All Star performs assignments, inspection and terminations of Barracks.  Enlisted personnel in the ranks of E1 through E6 are mandatorily assigned Barracks rooms.  Rooms are furnished.
