Ledward Library
Now that the Dept. of Defense / AKO has ended the contract with Rosetta Stone, you can still use the Ledward Library’s online language resources to expand your foreign language skills. Simply stop in and set up an account today, then access it in the future from any computer. Free for all Ledward Library users.

SKIESUnlimited Instructional Classes for Children & Youth
SKIES offers different classes every month for youths ages birth through 18. The program is designed to complement, expand, and support the academic, life skills, and athletic experiences children and youth have within CYSS programs and in schools. For the latest class listings, click here.

4-H Club

Youth Center
4-H is a club designed for middle and high school students. As a club, students will plan field trips, events and activities based on their four core values; head, hands, heart and health. Equipping newcomers with the knowledge they need to live comfortably and independently in Germany. This five-day course culminates in a cultural site-seeing tour. Presented once a month. Conn Club
This brand new sponsorship initiative links up incoming spouses with seasoned Schweinfurt residents, offering the warm welcome our community is known for. Meet other spouses, learn about the community and get connected here in Schweinfurt. Coffee and refreshments are served, children are welcome. Beginners’ German
Meets every Mon, Wed, and Fri of each month
11:30 a.m. -1:00 p.m.
ACS
Learn the German language with a native speaker. Join us for 11 sessions in a classroom. The last day of class will be lunch on the economy where you’ll have a chance to practice what you’ve learned. Recycling Education Class
Offered twice a month on Wednesday
6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
FreeCycle (across from the community mailroom on Ledward Barracks)
Recycle education course for trash disposal offenders and anyone who wants to learn about recycling. Family members nine and up are encouraged to attend with their parent. Bring a friend if he or she lives in military housing or military-leased housing. Class space is limited so please call 09721-96-6955 or DSN 354-6955 to sign up. Classes cancelled if no one is signs up by 4:30 p.m. the Tuesday before class.

Weight Loss Support Group

EFMP Recreation Activity

Kessler Bowling Center

OB Orientation

Managing Your Emotions
Meets the first two Wednesdays of each month
2 – 5 p.m.

This is an educational approach to understanding the patterns of your anger and learning how to express it in appropriate ways.
Session 1: Focuses on understanding anger, what triggers anger, and creating an anger log.

Stress Management
Meets the third Wednesday of each month
